Please note that custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival .

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
